Be Blessed

James 1: But whoever looks intently into the perfect law that gives freedom, and continues in it—not forgetting what they have heard, but doing it—they will be blessed in what they do.

This is the rest of the passage from yesterday.

Once we look into the mirror of the Word, we realize that his ways are perfect and they free us.  So if we walk away  believing that, it’s like looking in the mirror and liking what we see.  We can walk throughout the day with our head held high, a spring in our step, and a smile on our face.

It’s up to us to choose to believe – or not to believe.

But if we believe – we will be blessed.

What do you see in the “mirror” today?  Don’t even think about walking away from it until you see that “perfect law that gives freedom” and then choose to walk in it.
