When we place our spirit
into the hands of our Father, in the time of greatest distress, we can be
assured that the enemy will not win and will not destroy us. That truth alone is knowledge that frees
us. Nothing can separate us from the
love of the Father.
The last part of this
verse says he sets our feet in a large place.
Isn’t that interesting? I have no
idea why the psalmist used this wording, but I envision that it's because he needs a large space to
run and rejoice, to expand and grow, to be fruitful and multiply.
Why? Because that’s what happens when we are in a
dark place for a season and our God comes to save us. We need space to respond.
Look down at your feet
and get ready….
