Jude 1:24 – that little bitty book near the end of the bible
– says:
Now to Him who is able to keep you from stumbling, and to
make you stand in the presence of His glory blameless with great joy,
to the only God our Savior,
through Jesus Christ our Lord, be glory, majesty, dominion and
authority, before all time and
now and forever. Amen.
Look at what he does for us:
Keeps us from stumbling (holds our hand in our weakest
moments)
Makes us stand in his presence (the place where we receive
ALL that we need)
Makes us blameless
Gives us joy
Therefore, we praise him by giving him glory, majesty,
dominion and authority before all!
He’s the ONLY source that gives us these things that we all
so desperately need and cry out for, so he’s the ONLY one who deserves our
praise and our surrender.
No fear in serving THAT kind of God.
