Sow righteousness for yourselves, reap the fruit of unfailing
love, and break up your unplowed ground; for it is time to seek the Lord, until he comes and showers his righteousness on you.
HAPPY EASTER!
We celebrate our risen Savior, the Lord who loves us so much
he died for us, conquered death, and now he lives to bring us life eternal with
him…
Part of that living life with Him involves sowing, reaping,
breaking up and seeking Him and his word and his ways.
We have to be careful what we plant in our yards if we don’t
want to be taken over by weeds that just land there and are never
uprooted. Tending a garden teaches us
some of the best life lessons, doesn’t it?
We should take care of what God has entrusted to
us…always expecting those “showers” to come – his righteousness and holiness –
that enable us to experience all that He is.
He is alive. He is
real. He is LOVE.
